Citadel Financial Wealth Group offers 2 unique product coverages, the first option is your traditional group plan listed directly below, this plan is the traditional way must companies have handle group benefits that is a package for your employees and or independent contractors and your costs can go up yearly based on the amount of claims from your employees.
The second option is a new way of approaching group benefits that has taken off over the last few years, this new way is more of a à la carte so your employees or independent contractors only pay for what they need, the other big benefit is for you as the business owner or controller of benefits you get to set a fixed cost per employee that doesn’t increase for the years to come unless you choose to increase your costs. The remaining cost of the group plan is paid for by the employee through pay roll deductions.
